SIMPLIFY: TEN PRACTICES TO UNCLUTTER YOUR SOUL
Author Bull Hybels identifies the core issues that lure us into frenetic living and offers practical steps for sweeping the clutter from our souls. Parent review: Bill Hybels is a Christian Pastor, so God and love are key undertones. The book was easy to read (and apply to one's personal life situations) and good for the spirit. Unfortunately, far too often our chaotic paced world leads us away from God and the most basic simple components of happiness; this book can help you find your way back on the path that will help you grow in God's love.
FREEING YOUR CHILD FROM ANXIETY
Practical Strategies to overcome fears, worries and phobias and be prepared for life - from toddlers to teens by Tamar Chansky Ph.D. Parent review: It may not fit everyone's lives, as there are different levels and types of anxiety, however the book provides great practical tools that parents can easily implement. It's an easy read and has provided me with several tools we are already using that are definitely working! I've been using some of them for myself as well!
